For the fourth year in a row, OnSIP hosted VoIP, part of Intrado, has been named a winner in the Excellence in Customer Service Awards!
Business Intelligence Group revealed the 2022 Excellence in Customer Service Awards winners this week, with OnSIP being recognized in the Organization of the Year—Very Small (11-100 employees) category. OnSIP is privileged to be a repeat recipient of this award, having also won in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
Nominations for this annual business awards program come from all across the world. Winners—including companies, executives, and technology products—are chosen for their distinctive customer service that focuses on setting customers up for success.

Their “go-the-extra-mile” level of support is a key factor in OnSIP’s current “Excellent” TrustScore of 4.3/5 stars.
