- New Do Not Disturb toggle in User Settings disables inbound call notifications to your web/desktop app
- sayso buttons can now be configured to appear on the bottom left side of your website
Fixes
- DTMF is now sent in a different format (RFC 2833) for increased compatibility
- The queue dashboard would occasionally re-sort agents too quickly and frequently; this has been prevented
