Internal improvements and bug fixes.
Fixes
- Chat notifications appear correctly again
- Changing users between sayso managers and regular users is now disabled for users who are unable to make those changes
- Call history calls picked up elsewhere now update when the call ends instead of showing as missed
- Fixed case where sayso video calls would occasionally not receive the screenshare option
