Fixes
- Minor UI fixes to the BHR page
- Increase fetch limit for account's app addresses and SIP addresses
- Search bar in the admin portal tables will now only search based on the columns' fields
- Can now search MAC address correctly with colons
- Can now search phone numbers correctly with dashes
- Agents and sub-agents can only access Account and PBX administration for customer accounts that they are configuring or supporting.
